Energy Certificate

 

An Energy Certificate is now required for any property that is presented for sale. It's prepared by a technical architect and informs the buyer of the energy efficiency of the house or apartment.

 

The agency arranges for the architect visit and has the certificate ready to include in the notary documentation. The cost of the full study for the vendor is €140.
